Change-of-mind returns are available only for jewellery that is new and unworn, in the condition it was purchased
Faulty or defective items
Our products are guaranteed for workmanship. If you receive a faulty or defective item, please contact us at info@holygrace.com.au as soon as possible, preferably within 7 working days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and provide a remedy in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. The 7-working-day contact request does not limit those rights. Damage caused by loss, accidental damage, mistreatment, modifications to the design, or exposure to perfume, hairspray, water or other agents is not covered by our workmanship guarantee; this does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
For an eligible refund, we process the refund within 3 days after we receive and approve the returned item.
