Damage caused by loss, accidental damage, mistreatment, modifications to the design, or exposure to perfume, hairspray, water or other agents is not covered by our workmanship guarantee; this does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
For an eligible refund, we process the refund within 3 days after we receive and approve the returned item.
