Faulty or defective items

We will assess the issue and provide a remedy in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. The 7-working-day contact request does not limit those rights. Damage caused by loss, accidental damage, mistreatment, modifications to the design, or exposure to perfume, hairspray, water or other agents is not covered by our workmanship guarantee; this does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
For an eligible refund, we process the refund within 3 days after we receive and approve the returned item.
